Abstract

Consumer and Corporate Affairs Minister Andre Ouellet circulated a Discussion Paper in April, 1981 outlining and explaining his proposals for revisions to the Combines Investigation Act (the text of the substantive parts of his proposals are reproduced in the June issue of the Record). Responses to the proposals by six national organizations are reported on below.
