Abstract
Actions by the Reagan administration and speeches by its members continue to fill out the shape of current U.S. antitrust policy. The broad lines are vigorous enforcement of the law as it applies to price fixing and other horizontal agreements, a less vigorous but still to be defined merger policy and a permissive attitude towards vertical restraints including resale price maintenance.Downloads
